“Out There” was a three minute animation competition for women artists in Michigan, sponsored by the Women’s Caucus for Art, Michigan, and the Ann Arbor Film Festival. Animators were asked to show what’s off the grid, in outer space or inner depths, and what is normally invisible, unspoken or off limits. This compilation of the winners will be on view at the WCAMI blog and Facebook page through 2017. They will be included in the 55th Ann Arbor Film Festival’s Off The Screen! programming at North Quad Space 2435 throughout the duration of the festival (March 21-26) during these hours:
Tues. 2-6pm, Wed., Thurs., Fri. 10am-6pm, Sat. & Sun. 10am-4pm
Reception
There will be a reception for all exhibitions at North Quad on Tuesday, March 21st, from 3-5pm. Refreshments will be provided.
